Data Scraping Scripts Time Change to Alleviate Slowness

Several Bankruptcy and District courts have reported intermittent slow performance for public users. This slowness is causing longer than usual wait times for external user communities (such as public users, law firms, and commercial vendors). To help alleviate this slowness, we are asking commercial customers to run data scraping scripts before 6:00 A.M. Central Time and after 6:00 P.M. Central Time.

Note: The Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) Service Center and/or U.S. Federal Courts reserve the right to suspend/reduce service or restrict PACER access to any account causing an unacceptable level of congestion or disrupting operations for the following:

-- A U.S. Federal Court
-- Another PACER User
